老板人很好，因为航班晚点，凌晨三点多才到酒店，老板没收押金就让我去休息了。房间很大，布置的很温馨，就是前台有点难找，下次会再来的。

就在桂林北站对面恒大广场，地点很方便，公寓式酒店，设施也很好，比同价位酒店设施好很多，老板给升级了hello kit房，是亲子房，有个小孩子玩的上下床，还有滑梯和玩具，适合商旅，家庭出行，朋友出游各种需求的朋友

好评，干净舒适！ 虽然老板好意升级了我的房间，但个人还是喜欢原来预定的！ 因为升级后的房间是亲子家庭型的！ 不合适我啊！ 倒真是适合一家子的！ 桂林北站就在旁边！ 天气好的时候，外面的风景不错！ 视野开阔！建议：升级房间本意是好，但还是按照原先预定的走更为合适！ 因为客户的需求才是最重要的！ 另外，个人建议在房间里可以置放个全身镜，或者贴墙的半身镜子，因为只有浴室才有镜子，略显不便！ 其次，适当在楼下门口或外墙悬挂酒店标志或告示牌，刚开始会有点难找！ 最后，办理入住后，可适当引导客户去房间，增加服务的体验！ 整体评价就是：服务四星，其他全五星----在艺龙订过这么多酒店这是最认真的一次评价了！
