酒店大门很有格调，前台也很热情，可是房间里面就一般了，订的两间房一间房的厕所门坏的，一间房间的床垫太软太软，睡不好！希望可以改进！酒店位置不错，离步行街和游船码头都很近，酒店没有自己的停车场

房间好大好舒服，床软绵绵的，睡得好好，隔音很好，有电梯，环境也很好，楼下有清吧，晚上可以去坐一下，附近交通很便利，那些步行街都在旁边，离两江四湖也很近，反正就是超好的，店内服务也好好！赞\(≧▽≦)/

酒店的大门很有特色，老板也很热情，但房间的吸顶灯第一晚住的时候坏了，第二晚住时关灯之后还会闪闪闪，如果房间再加多块全身镜就更完美了。总体感觉还是不错的。

前台服务态度越来越差，对顾客毫无礼仪，以前来过这家酒店好多次了，以前的前台服务都挺好，现在很差，还有酒店和艺龙都没协调好，在艺龙订的订单都不会发过给酒店，所以在艺龙定的人要注意很可能没房，下次再也不会住这家酒店了！！
