酒店就在路边位置容易找到。里面设备简单环境一般，四周很吵，凌晨四点就听见抽水机的声音嗡嗡响。吵到睡不着。前台服务人态度也不好，我们定了夜景船票赶时间，两个打包盒放到前台和他们说等会回来我们在拿上房间，前台服务员态度很差说不可以放前台。什么酒店服务😓。我们是第一次去桂林遇见这种酒店服务态度，感觉整个桂林都不太好。
