1.艺龙网上订的圆床房与实际给的房型不符，被告知艺龙给出的图片是套房的图片，需要加钱入住。2.房间没热水，通知工作人员进行处理，20分钟不见人来，再打电话催、被告知电话串线了，我住的627，服务员去了616。3.我住这边房间隔音效果不太好，就在街道边上，过往车辆的声音很大。4.毛巾消毒水的味道真的有点难闻。还好毛巾牙刷都是自己带的。5.沙发上有很明显的印迹，不知为何物，枕头上也有污渍。在桂林来旅游的，这是第一天入住的酒店，不是很满意。不推荐入住。
