(1)到店后已经晚上7点左右房间未清理就安排入住，安排不到位！(2)票据上显示130几元，携程同店同类房显示110几元，但我艺龙上234返现35块，价格贵了不止，到目前为止返现未到账！（3）卫生不到家，枕头等发黄!（4）房间布局不合理，住入不合适
