退房当天没打电话说12:15要退房，不退收20元，十二点零几分在收拾东西，一个阿姨敲门说今天还住的么我说不住了，他说那你快点超过半小时加收20元，我说好，结果下去不到12:30，服务员跟我说要多收20，我说不是12:30才收么，他说12:15分开始收……

来桂林的第一天入住的宾馆，让人很不爽的是前台居然和大厅的旅行社合伙骗人。问前台坐竹筏去哪坐车，骗我们说没有车到而且没有提前预定买不到票，让我们去找那个旅行社。希望大家出去玩一定做好攻略，有问题多问几个人，不要轻信前台的话。。
