酒店不诚信，春节到桂林旅游，提前订了所谓4星房间，到酒店后报我们引到后面的差房间，完全不诚信，搞得我们全家不舒服，再三强烈要求下，通过同程协调，才更换了房间，以后再也不去了，也不推荐。

酒店的房间比较干净，而且挺大的的，有两张靠椅和一张茶几，价格也比较实惠，就是地方有点偏

唯一的缺点是在桂林城北，离市中心不太近，不过好在桂林的出租车不贵。酒店房间很干净，这一点比较满意。该有的硬件基本都齐全，上网也没问题。刚刚入住，不知道早餐如何。

没有地方可以把湿衣服晾干，厕所的抽风机抽一个晚上衣服也没有干一点。
早上的自助餐时免费，所以要是有钱的话建议外出吃吧……
退房的时间12点，可以推迟半个小时左右。
房间内有很多东西使用时要交费的哦。
总体上载这个价格的酒店还是很好的了。（我定的是118的）
