诺大一个酒店，价钱还挺贵，为什么到晚上洗澡洗到一半的时候没有热水呢？大冬天的让我洗了个冷水澡，打电话给总台，说是客人住满了，热水供应不上，说完立马挂断电话，这服务态度够可以啊，你们酒店压根就没想过会住满客人是吧，酒店是开着玩的？第二天早上终于有热水了，可开了半天还是黄泥水，这又是怎么回事啊。你这酒店就保安和保安主管的态度让我满意

酒店位置在市中心，离桂林火车站很近，走路只要10分钟，有停车场，早餐酒店底楼有一个喝早茶的餐厅，里面有各种点心，价格便宜。

酒店地理位置非常好，就在江边，离象鼻山很近，附近又有几家出名的酒楼，十分方便！虽然酒店设施比较旧，但还算干净。在春节假期也没有像其他酒店那样升价，已经很良心了！
