因为带着长辈，所以想说住一家好一点的酒店，结果就呵呵了。首先是这个前台，我的妈，服务差到生平仅见。其次，作为一家星级酒店，竟然是没有隔音的。酒店老板楼下KTV楼上住宿，半夜十二点准时开始鬼哭狼嚎，且KTV未安装隔音。从房间听KTV说话声音一清二楚。半夜一点因为长辈被吵到无法入睡，下楼跟前台交涉，前台答复是老板开的KTV唱歌的是老板的朋友，所以没办法处理。遂打110，结果110说不归他们管，需要找环境管理局，但是管理局也要15个工作日内才可能处理！所以奉劝各位想住这家酒店的人，三思，否则花了钱受罪！

不错，靠江边，桥对面就是码头，离步行街也很近，就几分钟，唯独就是艺龙，说要离店当天4点前，而且要在5公里内点击返现才有效，这点很难接受，太抠了，要不就不给，出去玩还记得这么多吗，这太离谱了
