1.到店的路太难走。
2.进店后预订的房间被酒店私自取消，原订的悦宾楼标间（房间面积30平方），被告之为我安排离餐厅和温泉近一点的房间（房间面积18平方）。
3.温泉水温标示为40度，实际只有36度。对于冬来说是不是太冷了。
4.23:30温泉区服务就面临取消。广告词中描述的日漂流，夜温泉。就是一个饵。

这个酒店一般，但温泉水是真的，进入温泉的路不好走。在温泉区还有人吃烟没有理,所以酒店我觉得一般.

走了一段烂路才到山庄真心说句路不好如何留住客，房间并没有象订单中的图那样有这个自带池可以泡感觉有点被骗，房间没有wifi，温泉也不热不是带自动换水那种感觉就是一池水大家齐齐泡。

环境算不错的，是度假的好地方，住的木屋有单独的温泉池，特别适合情侣、一家大小。路再修好一点就更好了。

我订的是大床房，拿到的是一楼，一进房有一些霉味，开窗散散气就OK了。特别值得一提的是仙家温泉的温泉区，服务人员态度是极好的！不仅热心带路，还会送来温暖的姜茶！水很干净，南楼温泉去有小鱼吃死皮、游泳池可以打水球、适合儿童的游乐滑滑梯；北楼有干蒸房、有室内室外各种主题的小池让你边聊天边泡汤~用餐的地方还不错，不算太贵！总的来说，适合居家旅游、单位集体出游、朋友聚会的好去处！👍
