Only stayed in Guilin for one night, but this hotel made me wish I stayed for longer! Such a good location, very close to various attractions and there were many food options nearby. Check-in process was smooth, and they even upgraded my room for free. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is really pretty and nice! Highly recommend. Is it located near the zhengyang pedestrian street. There are many shops and eateries right below the hotel, very convenient. And the hotel is so aesthetic! I love it. Would definitely come back.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is ideally located: next to the pedestrian street and lively street food area in the evening, close to the river for wonderful walks, and surrounded by restaurants, small shops, and charming authentic alleys. It is also beautifully decorated, both in the common areas and in the rooms. In the common areas, there is complimentary tea, coffee, traditional clothes to try on, a washing machine, and a dryer available. As for the room, it is beautiful, spacious, and clean. Lastly, the staff are very kind and helpful, truly flawless!

The hotel is beautiful and well located. They had Christmas decorations up for us in the room and candy. Super cute!? The staff are all super sweet and speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin depending on who you get. And they’re always so eager to help out and assist with any enquiries you get.? We didn’t get a view from our room which is okay because we were barely there.
