卫生太差！一进房间就发现床单上有一大片未洗掉的霉印，结果换了间房，枕套也是很黑的感觉！不是很正规的酒店！

酒店的位置很不错，几步路就可以到民航大厦坐大巴，去各旅游景点也非常方便，价格也合理，还有早餐配送，环境都还可以，下次去玩还住这。

被套和枕巾都很脏，催了两次，总算来换了；卫生间台盘水管坏了，漏水到地上，整个地都湿的，叫服务员来处理，号称“设计就是这么做的”，真是无语了！

酒店去桂林火车站很方便，酒店门口过街就可乘100路公交车直到火车站，两站路，同样，从火车站出来也是。酒店交通很方便，周围吃饭也方便，房间还可以！

和其他小区公司等混在一起
送的早餐台差了，直接把客人吃剩的菜倒回原来的地方给后面的客人使用，就在我们面前做这个事，马上和他们说怎么可以这样，他们还狡辩说没有倒，只是抖一下而已，不会做这样的事情，真TMD想砸了他们。唯一的好处就是离机场大巴近，要不是边上房间定完了才不来这里，有些房间气味很丑，订了2间都换了。哎！！还是民航大厦和安琪的好啊。
