前台服务态度非常差劲，脸色难看，花钱去买脸色看，一个劲的瞪着我们，语气很差。前台服务那么差很难让客户觉得酒店很好，希望酒店重视一下，这类员工的态度有损酒店形象了，桂林那么多家酒店，基本的服务态度都不好的话也没什么竞争了。
