这个酒店让我特别失望，12号和朋友去开房的时候，朋友说毛巾不干净，我还说到我朋友，因为天气比较热的，今天去开了房这空调不行，把自己热出一身汗，醒了，下去跟他说，叫我调到20度，还是热，后面第二次再下去，他刚问我，我想怎么样没有解决办法？
