服务态度非常差，忘了拿身份证住不了，还不让退，打了几次电话前台推到经理那，经理推到总经理那，总经理又说打电话，到后面就是不处理，竟然还骗人，到后面尽然还凶人不接电话了，好无语了，本地人如此对待外地人不是更加恶劣的态度了，差评差评
