店长人很好，服务员很热情，服务态度都很好，整个小区很安静，完全符合对悠闲度假睡眠的期望。就是离阳朔西街有点远，周围吃喝的配套设施还不完善。

周边环境非常安静，带小孩的很适合，而且适合自驾游。房间卫生和设施都不错，早餐虽然不是很丰盛但是味道不错而且干净。就是出门去景点游玩稍微有点儿距离

酒店比较有特色，有多种房型选择，服务态度很好！能帮忙解决问题。就是房间里的东西不够齐全，希望能改善，早餐还好，一人一份够吃了！

酒店位置太偏僻了，有发配边疆的感觉，去西街如果不是我来酒店时留了一个的士司机的电话，都不知道该怎么去。所有的配套设施和服务人员根本没完善。房间倒是挺大的，空调也给力。说到早餐是最气愤的。这酒店自己根本没有餐厅，是和另一家酒店在一起，这也就算了。我们去吃早餐时，就看到一点点粥（估计有一碗半）和一点咸菜，然后我跟服务员说要投诉，她们就好像和什么人商量了一下，过了会端出一份米粉，一个鸡蛋，一个包子，一只香蕉出来。好歹五百多一晚的酒店，价位超过四星了，就这样的态度和早餐。太坑人了！谨慎入住！
