应该说除服务差和位置稍偏一点其他都还过得去。可就是服务这项令本次入住十分不愉快。多次向前台申请要多一个枕头，开始说标间只配2个想增配不行，后来又答应找一下却从未见主动回复客人，完全是敷衍客人。等再次质问前台和表示配多一个枕头加收钱也行时就十分生硬态度表示"没有回复你又怎么啦""加钱也不行…反正没有"，最后还同客人在电话里“牛轰轰"争吵……开店不是讲服务，简直在玩黑。本人很少评论写上这么多字，就算评也是2星给3星3星给4星4星给5星尽可能往好一级说以示鼓励。今次因枕头事件令入住体验大打折扣，十分遗憾。

就在桂林北站周围除了位置有点偏都不错，不过可以联系店家接，服务态度一流，5星好评
