艺龙网上没有提示不包含住宿发票，入住后酒店说不包含发票，要开发票需要交税金。坑爹啊，害我又要花几十块钱开发票。酒店不包含发票的话艺龙应该有责任标明，或者是本应该包含发票的，酒店想挣钱变卦。。早知道不包含发票就不定这个酒店了。打艺龙客服投诉也没用，说是可以开发票的，叫我自己跟酒店理论，艺龙也太不负责任了。酒店不给我也没办法了。太失望了！

一到酒店，我说在艺龙预订过，前台一副满不在乎的样子说不知道，我也不知道之前艺龙和这家酒店是怎么沟通的，之前找某程订酒店还没遇到过这样的问题，直到我出示了预订短信，要我交押金和房费，酒店房间没有电话，所以无法用电话确认入住信息，只能用个人的4G网络。房间正对着厢式电梯，但不停本层，只能靠爬楼梯上下，还好楼层不算高，酒店的设施也比较陈旧，进门就是洗手盆
