我只能给一个差评来表达了，给我印象最好的就是行李员的主动负责吧，但是前台收银员的服务态度太差了，我都离店个把月了，她在没查清账的情况下还打电话给我说我住店那天没付房费，还威胁说酒店是留有我证件的，还好刷卡是有消费记录的，给她看了记录直接不理人了，这态度不敢恭维
