酒店的卫生间味道很重，熏人，地漏又堵又返臭水上来，给酒店反应意见要求换一间房，服务员很不情愿，派了一个人上来检查，确认问题属实，建议换房。我们等了一会，又上来一个服务员，不相信我们反应的情况，一再强调他们的酒店很好，让她看现场，她磨叽了半天，才同意给我们换房，开了一间临街最吵的房子给我们，说只剩这样的吵闹的房间，而且只剩二间，考虑到房间实在太臭了，我们只好接受了这间及其吵杂的房子。清晨六点起来散步，从走廊走过，才发现三分之二的房间都是空的（有入住的房间一插取电卡，门口的指示灯就会显示入住）店家如此恶意而又不诚信，态度又差，以后再也不选择这一家了
