位置一流，门面虽小，但有自己停车位，而且占据整整一侧河岸，开窗就能看到甲秀楼。有独家沿河餐吧和茶座，可惜春节餐吧放假，想一边吃酸汤鱼一边看河景愿望落空。房间很舒适，装修有中国风，很有格调。

里面布置挺雅致的，就在甲秀楼旁边，可以白头与晚上欣赏甲秀楼美景，非常不错；早餐就非常简单了，地理位置好，所以有点贵

第一次差评。小孩拉肚子不小心弄了点污渍在床上就叫我们要不给清洗费100元，要不买了200元。住了那么多酒店第一次遇到这种情况。

优点是：位置不错，甲秀楼边上，晨练/散步都很方便， 服务人员态度不错，停车方便。
但是：房间弥漫着洗手间/下水道的臭味，开窗开空调也没用，工作人员折腾了半天也无法解决，工作人员猜测是马桶故障和河水的异味，整夜臭的头晕无法入睡， 连续两次入住这个酒店都被臭气折磨；此外，马桶两次故障，找了多次工作人员后才有人修理，房间清理后茶具没有清理，总得来说，非常遗憾的一段经历。
