位置：在未来方舟，自己开车去的，离机场大概20分钟。离老城区过个隧道十分钟。
周围：处在发展中，周边都在施工建楼，到处是尘土，整个社区有不少餐厅，但是还是感觉欠缺规划，没有发展成熟。
卫生：酒店房间很大，房内大部分区域没有好好利用，洗手间排气臭气熏天，非常难闻，硬生生忍了一晚赶紧退房走人；房内空气不好，空调在冬天只能暖风，导致整个房间更闷热。隔音不好，半夜有其他房客回来在大吼大叫，听的很清楚。房内所谓的免费食物饮料就是几个软包饮品和方便面。
性价比：楼下停车场还在建设，整个感觉是个施工现场，到处是灰，而且噪音很大。总体评价就是一个美化了的快捷酒店。
