打电话问有没有免费停车场说有，第二天退房才说要拿发票去报销，我去，我开车出停车场还要找位置停了再去你前台报销！！！服务态度也不好，去前台办理入住，其中一个员工卷缩在沙发上打游戏不理人。

我们在贵阳租的车，被告知有限行后，我们想在镇远古镇再住一晚上，想第二天直接去机场。结果发现付款的订单无法取消，通过艺龙网客服的协商，也没取消成功。
结果发现是麗枫酒店里面前台服务和居住环境最差强人意的酒店。不适合度假居住，只适合商务出差，离车站北站近。
