这次是第二次入住，这一次入住体验非常差，衞生没搞好，衞生间漏水到房间一地，电视要交钱才能看，这是50年来第一次遇到的世纪玩笑（两次入住都是説没连上服务器），体验极差。

服务态度真的差到没话説 入住两天，第一天入住。空调没有温度，早上续房的时候，我就跟他説，我説给我换一个房间，然後他説帮我修好，晚上忙完了回来我説空调修好了吗？他説修好了，好了回到房间 半个小时以後空调吹冷风，这个天气空调吹冷风 好这就算了 然後我打电话给前台又让我説去换一个房间，好，我收拾东西下来。给我换一个房间。来来回回跑了四趟去前台刷卡上来开不了门。他有总卡的 第一时间反应问题开不了门 他没有説来帮我解决问题，还要在第四趟我説了以後才让人上来帮我开了这个门。谁家服务态度是这样？差 很差 那个男生工作人员还调侃了一句，哇，是我我都要发火了，是啊 我也觉得。差评，服务态度真的很差。自己酒店的问题没有第一时间处理。连基本的态度都没有。
