酒店位于北站斜对面，周边饮食购物方便。酒店硬件很好。服务热情认真，在咨询有关事宜遇新就者，业务还不熟，回答问题不理想。可以理解，谁都有个熟练的过程。其他人很快补救性解决。是一家让人放心满意的酒店。

房间挺满意的，很大。离北站很近打车5分钟就到了，就在西二环边上。大堂的服务员挺热情的。一下车就来帮忙拿行李。很满意。

住宿条件还是满意的，房间面积很合适，滴滴把我拉到楼下了，自己提着行李爬了一段台阶，酒店应该多和市内交通做好信息沟通，住了2天，整体不错，前台服务很有礼貌
