房间卫生很干净，前台服务员态度也很好，不过连CCTV5都看不了，什么酒店？Wi-Fi信号差到爆，换房需要给清洁费，这是我住酒店最差的体验，没有之一！建议大家不要在这家酒店入住

周边环境不错，只是酒店的硬件设施太差，电视不得几个频道，卫生间不得门锁坏的，空调声音简直不得办法忍受，只能把它关掉，真是冷得不要不要的！停车不免费，一晚上停车费48元，简单用抢！268标间还不得早餐……

这个酒店是我所有旅行中所住过的最差的酒店，周边环境脏乱差，房间设施简单，所有用品都是劣质产品，牙膏牙刷一次性拖鞋，没有最差，只有更差，建议有条件的游客千万不要选择花果园社区的酒店，噪音奇大！服务员打扫卫生就是帮叠个被子，最最关键的是，你永远都不可能洗一个舒服的热水澡，洗澡水忽冷忽热，孩子是边尖叫边洗，大人是咬着牙洗！大部分服务员的态度都不太友好，酒店会有服务员忽悠顾客在大堂以高价购买旅行社所谓的纯玩旅游行程，一旦购买，就安排参加网上最低价的购物游行程，而且投诉无门，找酒店领导解决此事，酒店领导会找出百般借口拒绝出面！住了这家酒店无比后悔，希望我的分享给大家一些参考！
