入住体验还是不错的 新酒店设施卫生都很好 员工也很Nice 卫浴设施和床品我个人非常喜欢
酒店位置稍微有些偏 最近的大型商场在2公里左右 需要搭车出行
早餐也很丰富 唯一的一点小瑕疵 就是我们准备坐窗边的桌子 被其它客人占了 餐厅服务员直接带领我们去到最里面角落的桌子 我老公为此非常不高兴 餐厅另一边明明🈶️靠窗明亮的桌子 不懂为什么服务员要这么安排 🤷♀️ 难道我们见不得光么？后来我们自己重新找了外面的桌子吃饭
我看餐厅服务员是个小女孩 有点儿怯生生的样子 可能是新来的员工 不熟悉情况也有可能 希望酒店可以在这方面加强一些培训 做服务行业从细节能看出真正的水平和对客户的尊重用心

酒店硬件设施豪华，点赞酒店的服务，尤其是礼宾Jeff送行李到房间，还申请送欢迎水果。投诉预订部不知名的接电话工作人员，不委婉并强硬的态度告知不准取消预定的强硬态度（同行人员不舒适想取消房间，让其给通融，接电人员一口回绝，处理方式让人失望）。因一直都是IHG，SPG忠实粉，本打算以后再不住希尔顿，但被酒店热情的服务人员感化，准备入坑希尔顿。
