房间太小，没有窗，最让我不满意的事是我朋友把房卡和押金单放在前台就回深圳了，让我去退房拿100押金，她们居然说已经退给我朋友了，最后还是让我自己查监控证明没有退押金后才开始打电话什么的证实确实押金没退，本来一个电话就可搞定的事耽误了我2小时才搞定，服务太不好了
