一个烟灰缸本来就缺了一小块 退房时非要说是我们弄坏的 需要赔钱 我觉得比窦娥还冤并发誓 你酒店也不能证明你拿东西本生就是好的啊 不是为那点钱的问题 就觉得太冤屈 也不知道那烟灰缸坑了住客……为了赶时间最终我只能冤屈的赔了钱走人，太坑人了……
