价格过高，服务落后！
床垫居然用手都摸得到弹簧钢圈，睡在上面感觉睡在弹簧上一样～
打电话让送一床被子来垫在床垫上，居然说值班的人回家了，不知道什么时候回来，送不来！
空调吹了一个小时房间都冷冰冰的，直接不管用……
