不知艺龙和酒店怎样协调，酒店居然没有我昨天登记的预定房信息。请你们关注，不希望再发生此事件。另外，艺龙声称房间有WIFAI,入住后酒店说不提供，真让我们客户无语，是不是欺诈宣传，你们需要落实，希望给消费者一个交代。
对酒店的意见是早餐过于简单，连煮鸡蛋或煎鸡蛋都没有，酒店4部电梯只有2部电梯供客人使用，且电梯没有优化的控制程序，是我见过世界上最笨的控制程序没有第二，不知常用乘客如何感受？

房间打扫不够仔细，隔音一般，服务不全达不到星级酒店标准。但是服务员态度不错

我已2次住航天酒店，总体还算可以。设施齐全，卫生环境也不错，不过位置有些偏，如果没有车出入到小河还是不方便，但有车则可以免费停车。
对酒店也提几条意见：
1.电视机上有个东东不知是否是摄像头，建议取消，让入住客人不放心。
2.房间最好装一盏夜灯。
3.晚上服务员到房间时间应提前到20点以前，21：:3时以后不要再去敲房门。
