一.总体情况：1.前台接待热情，服务好。2.房间布局合理，洗手间空间大。3.总体卫生较为干净。4.地理位置好，交通方便。5.配套设施完善。6.价格合理。
二.存在问题：1.打扫不彻底，卫生有待加强。床墙缝隙有之前客人使用过的纸巾，被套有部分血渍，洗手间毛巾长时间未更换，缺少有效清洗。2.临街房间隔音效果一般。
三.建议设想：1.加强客房卫生打扫力度，不留死角。2.加强客房卫生用品清洁力度，做到及时清洗，有效清洗，及时更换破旧毛巾。3.加大对客房打扫的监督，进行不定期随机抽检。
