饭店修改不伦不类。性价比很低的，周边全在拆迁。由于是原先酒楼改建的，房型五花八门很不统一，卫生间的管道后加的设计不合理，厕所异味更是很难散发。唯一优点地处北京路博物馆旁边，地理位置不错。门口就有环线1、2路、25路等10余条公交线路车站可通往全市各方向。宾馆无餐厅故无早餐。旁边“兰亭餐厅”的菜肴颇有贵阳特色，性价比尚可。

还可以，房间比较小，价格算实惠，唯一不满意的是明明订了三晚上的，到了说没房间，只给一晚上，第二天重新加价开的。
