我不晓得怎么说，算是不够应该有的水平吧。过年期间人手不够可以理解，但是换了的床单还是脏的，布草洗涤很不合格呀，而且最起码的干净整洁只能达到6分吧。勉强住可以。还有环境，一栋楼很多酒店的那种不是独栋

酒店在整栋楼的41-43层，说实话我不太喜欢这种的，我喜欢整栋楼都是同一家酒店。总体感觉一般，不是我喜欢的类型。

酒店里面环境很好，吹风机，牙刷，拖鞋等等都好，辛苦服务员新年也要值班，过年附近也有店继续做生意。位置交通还可以。冲凉沒热水，打电话问服务员，很快有人过来处理。这点很好。只是订单时写着包接机，提前打电话预约，说没人接，但订单那里又没指明过年没人接，我觉得要把这个说明嘛。我开始是看中有人接才订的。
