酒店设施和服务人员水平都不错，但因为楼下2楼是卡拉OK厅，夜里2、3点才能安静。怕吵的人不适合选择。

晚上楼下吵，早上街上吵，洗漱用品次，除了床上用品和前台还可以，我不知道凭什么卖这个价钱。另外携程订的时候有23返现，还和前台确认过，离店了携程说后台没查到，这叫什么事，第一次这样，不爽！
