酒店服务很贴心，不过硬件有待提高，隔音不太好，晚上有人在走廊说话会很清晰地被听到，卫生条件比较一般。位置比较好，就在风雨桥附近

就旅游而言，此酒店不错。房间设施齐全。但出行乘车不太方便，就餐方便。贵州人说花果园是贵阳新的贫民窟，房屋密集，没有绿地。最大问题是停车奇贵，每小时4元，好像晚上还要贵。网上销售称包含停车费，但入住时总台却说要另收。几经交涉，后来经理出面才免收了，经理说是艺龙后台搞错了。如果这样，艺龙应该道歉。奉劝驾车者勿入。

酒店位置很好找，楼下买东西都很便利。房间很大，觉得价格在250比较划算。😄～孩子进门看到帐篷非常开心喜欢。总体来说还是很好的。
