首先一定要买景区门票才能进去！这一点在订房时没有任何提示！搞得我们开到门口拦下来，又得回去买票！由于晚上到的路标不清好不容易才找到！没有礼宾服务，停车很不方便！房间潮湿！有各种虫子！住的套房，就外面多个小厅，还有麻将机，不过没用上！设施陈旧！卫生一般！卫生用品不如快捷酒店的！前台服务到是热情！

景区在施工，景点大都不能去，漂流也只能漂上半程，惊险刺激的一段去不了，很失望。酒店周边环境幽美，但房间设施不敢恭维，住的底楼，霉味很重，性价比确实不高。梯子岩的餐饮也和宣传的相去甚远。
