带着全家人来贵阳旅游的，选择了这家桔子酒店，前台在十二楼！入住前跟前台说有两位老人，睡眠质量不是太好，于是前台为我们免费升级了一个更好的房型，还赠送了牛奶和杨梅！房间里的蓝牙音响放音乐，感觉也超棒！退房的时候，前台还推荐贵阳的各种特色小吃，游玩景点！服务超棒！强烈推荐大家入住！五星好评

第一次出差来贵阳入住，选择了大十字的这家桔子酒店，入住前赠送了杨梅，前台的服务很棒，安排了一个高楼层，安静的房间！还赠送了小朋友的洗漱用品！第二天吃早餐的时候，吃到了贵阳的特色小吃糯米饭，黄糕粑，一次很棒的入住体验，赞！

第一次来贵阳旅游，选择了大十字的一家桔子酒店，前台在12楼，一出电梯就有一个机器人接待服务，感觉很先进，前台小伙子的服务也特别热情，入住前还送了我牛奶，主动向我介绍了周边的环境，美食！安排的房间也很好，装修风格特别喜欢，像进了书房！一次超棒的入住体验！赞！

服务很差，房间里蚊子多，一晚上被咬了20多个包，都睡不着觉，酒店专门来人把熏蚊器搞上，结果还是被蚊子咬惨了。在网上付了早餐钱，但是饭店不给早餐，核对一晚上之后还是不给早餐。服务态度也差！
