房间内连基本的东西都不摆放，需要的话还要打电话到前台叫服务员送，而且送来后还要现金交易，5块钱一个，多尴尬。明明没退房，把房卡放前台说一会有人来拿，人来拿的时候居然说已经退掉了，又没超过退房时间。
