及差，天花板老鼠在跳舞，没有窗户的房间手机信号非常差，打电话要到走廊。换房间服务态度极差，还不换。

装修不错，设施都很新，可惜我们住的房间离电梯太近，听到各种上下电梯的嘈杂声，有点影响，别的方面都很好

窗户是假的，不能透气。每层楼上有三排房间，第二排和第一排之间隔了半人宽的缝隙，做了假窗，用帘子遮住。地毯上还有蟑螂在爬。退房时前台用对讲机通知查房，阿姨没收到，在那傻等了半天，前台也不主动再问下。

位置比较好，在市中心。房间感觉还是比较赶紧。但是酒店没有餐厅，不提供早餐。前台服务很一般，不够亲切。在艺龙上订的有窗标间，去到酒店给的无窗，酒店说他们就是提供的内窗，是艺龙的问题，让我找艺龙沟通，态度不好。自己出钱补差换了有窗的。跟艺龙反馈承诺说把补差的钱给我返还。出门最怕遇到这样的事情。
