差评，好久没有认真评价一个酒店了，可能有些啰嗦。
首先，先说优点，床很舒服，也比较安静，睡得比较好。
再来，说说问题，我们一家晚上9点多赶到酒店，预定的是酒店豪华双拼床（两张床拼在一起），前台跟我说，我预定的房型只有标检没有双拼大床，而且给我打过电话。我懵了，我没有收到酒店任何电话，而且，我家庭出行，预定的就是双拼大床，不是标间啊。我反馈后，前台又确认了一下说，原来没有打通电话，就没给我留双拼房，如果我要双拼房，让我等一个小时再来。我很生气，没打通我电话就不给我留房间是什么意思？我可是先全款预付了房费的。而且这么晚了，让我们一家人在外面干等一个小时，这是消费者能接受的方案吗？如果等一个小时就可以准备好双拼房，酒店为什么不能提前准备好？我已经预付了房款的呀。这些都是酒店表现的很不专业的地方。我只能被动接受标间，前台给我房卡的时候，没有给我早餐卷。我又问了一遍，我的早餐卷呢？前台反问我，你确定你定的房间含早餐吗？把我又问懵了，我确定啊，她这才给了我早餐卷。前台跟我交流时全程没有正眼看我，我反馈我的诉求，得到的是冷笑。你们知道你们的不专业，给了我受侮辱的感觉吗？这就是我认真评价酒店的原因。
