我觉得很好啊，为什么评分不高？房间很大，服务员都受过良好的系统性训练，给人感觉恰到好处，内部园林设计精美，泳池很干净，餐食也不错，但人气真的不行，据说也快经营不下去了，准备易主，哎，我觉得泰国人对酒店的管理和设计还是有独到之处的，可能来了国内水土不服吧

酒店才开业没多久，设施比较新，但作为度假酒店来说，很多地方的专业程度甚至还不如一般的五星商务酒店，酒店的工作人员态度是没有问题，只是专业程度和精气神方面还需要提高，工作人员带入到房间内也并没有对房间和设施做一个介绍，并且酒店的娱乐项目和活动还有待丰富和提高

酒店虽然说设施还比较完善，但是室外的喷泉之类的都没有启动，酒店周围没有建设好，住的人比较少吧。主要还是位置比较远，而且旁边基本上没什么吃的。开车去还可以接受，如果不开车的话千万别去住了。

还不错吧，带孩子来双龙镇玩，顺便入住，酒店确实很适合度假，本来想带孩子游泳，天气降温，请酒店工作人员专门消毒了浴缸，给孩子泡了澡，还不错👍
