酒店位置就在黔灵大酒店同一幢楼。楼下就是短途旅行的集散中心，非常适合要参加短途团游的朋友。房间是新装修，比较文艺风，小而温馨，干净整洁。
缺点就是周边太吵，特别是夜深人静时，楼下施工的噪声不绝于耳，对睡眠轻的人特别不友好。

只想说这是一家性价比超高的精品酒店，干净清爽，舒适安逸，楼下就是美食街，又挨着黔灵山公园，方便得不能再方便了，以后就选这家了，值得推荐！

位置极佳，挨着黔灵山公园，去公园玩很方便，交通也很便利。挨着还有个市场，买菜水果和吃东西都很方便，酒店房间装修设计风格很不错、黑、绿、白搭配很好看，不一般；视野开阔，可以纵览车水马龙景象，窗户隔音效果很好。
