1、中央空调只通风不制冷，热；
2、空调调到最小风档，噪音还是特别大，影响入睡；
3、厕所异味，太熏人了！
4、前台服务差，通过携程订的房，已经交过一次担保金，还让我重新下单、再交一次担保金！
