设备设施是不错的，都很新也有些设计感。然而服务上差距巨大。入住时前台写错房间号、房卡也做错，解决问题的能力极差。偶遇副总总算稍微好一些，也答应给两个果盆作为道歉。说句不厚道的，果盆耗时一个多小时才送到，而且巨小。所以说，服务上真的没法给好评。

值得来度假的酒店，环境和服务都好，唯一不方便就是，周边什么吃的都没有，建议自己准备点水果和零食。现在有滴滴倒是解决交通问题

定的大床房，给升级成了套房，房间好大，卧室，书房，卫生间，阳台，略有不足之处就是没有个书桌，用电脑只能盘腿坐在榻上，坐一会就腰酸背痛的，适合文青们装装样子拍照，不适合真要干活的，另外，厕所搞个透明玻璃门。。。让人太没安全感了，虽然是一家人。。。上厕所的时候也比较尴尬
