首先是昨天打了电话说续房前台说了一小时40块，后面又打电话来说影音房一小时需要50块我也接受了，总共续了两个小时遭100块钱。其次是我找不到手表了就麻烦前台去找人帮我看一下，前台说了问了以后给我回电话，我等了整整一个小时都没等到电话就自己主动打电话去问了，结果还被前台一女的吼了还说找不到就是找不到，什么素质？什么服务态度？东山酒店前台服务人员态度都这么**的吗？有这样的服务人员酒店垮台迟早的事。

很舒服 整个酒店从前台到客房 服务员都很好 很多事情不用问不用说 就已经帮你我安排好了 很舒服的一次入住体验 环境干净 因为在小区里面 也是比较安静 下次还好来
