早餐有进步，无论是环境布置还是品种都让人满意。 当天车位紧张，保安小弟还是帮我解决了。 前台很敬业，一位老奶奶听力不好，前台小妹不厌其烦地介绍，让人有一种宾至如归的感觉。 房间也宽敞，赞一个。

特别满意 大堂经理和前台服务态度都很好 还会特地强调房间的去处和事项 酒店干净整洁 出差和游行都很建议来这里 周围交通便利 离观山湖公园很近，旁边还有万达广场和国贸，购物休闲都很方便。 庆幸自己选了这里。

酒店服务热情，卫生干净，地理环境优越，早餐好。酒店往下500米左右就能到观山湖公园，酒店疫情防控给力，进如酒店有员工体温测量，随处能看见服务人员在消毒。放心入住。

位置很好，服务不错，设施有点老旧。停车场大，但上班时间被写字楼员工的车占用太多，弄的住客车都没地方停，应该优先保证住客。

酒店位于观山湖公园旁，晚饭过后公园散散步十分的惬意，停车环境不算太好，但是比较宽敞，且免费，主要还是服务好，前台小妹妹比较热情，总体感觉不错
