地处金阳新区，周边环境不错。本来入住顺利，以为万事如意，但现在不得不吐吐槽。酒店设施需要进行维护，更重要的是服务意识和管理水平要改进。入住第二天，办好公事回来，上楼，房卡不能开门，只好下去交给前台，前台处理完，抱怨我们卡磁化了要我们注意，好吧，虽说我确实没有把卡与其它东西放一起，但怎么办呢，毕竟是自己的卡不能开门，怨不得别人。可前台交给我的卡依然开不了门，再次下楼，再次处理，虽说不再教育我们卡的磁化问题，但再次的卡依然不能开门，显然这不是客户的问题了，可前台却要我打电话找房务部检查，然后上楼，房务部告诉我说门锁没坏，让我再去楼下前台。如此反复三次之多，直至我说明我不再来回折腾，你们处理好了再把卡给我，至此我的运动战才算结束。我就奇怪了，住客不能开门，上上下下跑了几次，前台或房务部门就不能互相配合，自己把它处理好了？就一定要住户自己来回找人？所以酒店管理和服务水平看来还大有提高的空间。
