没有全部给1星算是很客观了，国内外酒店五星级住了这么多，这次算是见识了。
1，下车，媳妇抱着娃，娃睡着了，我背着2个包，手里拿着杯子太阳伞，推着2个行李箱，门口门童居然自顾自地原地转圈当没看见，从门口到吧台走了50米，里面几个服务员，没一个上来搭手（当时下午2点过，但大厅里几乎没客人），直到办完手续前台妹纸见我拿太多，都没手接房卡了，才电话叫礼宾部来人帮我推箱子。礼宾推了箱子进电梯居然等我按电梯！！！！！真人才，进了房间行李就放那，也不放到行李架，明明有行李架啊！！！走的时候还不带上房门，不带上房门！！！！真人才啊
2，房间里连塑料拖鞋都没有！！！洗澡光着脚！！连个防滑垫都没有！！！我找遍了全部柜子！！！柜子倒是多，全空的！！！小冰箱一瓶易拉罐20块，抢啊？！！
3，早饭还没吃，已经不抱希望了，前台说只有1米1以下免费，我儿子1米1多，不到1米2，前台说，餐厅他们有些时候收费，有些时候没收！！！这是个什么酒店，这是个什么管理混乱
