首先入住时间是下午两点，两点半到酒店打算看演唱会前休息会，结果一开门都还没打扫，对面房间里的阿姨说不归她打扫，然后打电话让前台催负责阿姨打扫，然后催了两遍，到了快四点才来给打扫好，本身很累了好不容易到了酒店结果就因为没有打扫阿姨让再出去玩会，真的不知道该说什么，我可以理解这几天满房很忙，阿姨也跟我们解释了，但是说明你们酒店根本没有作为一个四星级高档酒店该有的应对措施，人员安排不到位，是不是软件设施也得对得起你们这个酒店的定位，房间价格演唱会期间也不低，真的是太对不起这个性价比了。
当然了，前台的退房手续都会很快，床也很软，看演唱会步行20分钟左右，算是优点吧。

带小孩就别考虑了，设施太差，没有小冰箱放婴儿食物。，还危险。灯会掉下来差点伤到小孩。被单不干净，小孩立刻过敏。我一年旅游n次，就这次过敏，可想而知。马桶第二层拉不上去固定，男士只能坐着小便！空调居然不开，5月底，热得睡不着，特别闷热房间，估计是木头太多！本来定了5晚，结果住了两晚受不了，果断改定喜来登。结果因为预付了剩下三晚1000多费用也打水漂了，不过算了，旅行为了舒服开心，我也不想在这酒店受折磨。都是亲身经历，千真万确，没有打算有人道歉，气愤当时的确，不过现在也算了。就写出来经历。
